General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These general conditions govern the contracting of boat rental and navigation course services offered by RentBoat Torrevieja through the website www.rentboat.es.

2. Booking process

The booking is confirmed once the online request process is completed and the corresponding deposit has been paid. Booking confirmation will be sent by email.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the season, duration, and characteristics of the contracted service.

4. Payment method

A deposit of 15% of the total price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the service begins, following the provided instructions.

5. Cancellations and modifications

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 7 and 3 days will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice are not eligible for a refund. Date changes are subject to availability.

6. Client obligations

The client agrees to make proper use of the vessel, comply with current maritime regulations, present the required nautical license when applicable, respect the contracted schedule, and return the vessel in the same condition it was delivered.

7. Liability

RentBoat Torrevieja has the mandatory insurance for all vessels. The client is liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse during the rental period.

8. Force majeure

In case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events preventing the service, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the booking or receive a full refund.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of Torrevieja (Alicante).
